-I would like to ask you about Remote Work, which is the subject of this time. First, please tell us about the current remote work status.

We call it Home Style, but about 85%of employees work at home. About 93%will be in Home Style, including temporary employees and outsourcing people. There are cases where it is necessary to meet face-to-face meetings, or gather for public relations, marketing, etc., but it is basically a full-remote format. About 10 members are operating outside the Kant area, from Yamagata in the north and Fukuoka in the south.
